Credits and the welcome offer
₹1 purchases one credit. Publishing one reel to one Instagram account costs 10 credits. The same reel on five accounts costs 50 credits. The initial edit is included. Requested re-edits cost 10–25 credits per reel according to the task; reference/style rebuilds cost 25. The exact total is shown before confirmation. Instagram post caption changes are free before approval. Each verified customer receives five free account-level posts once. Free posts are used before paid credits.
Campaigns and payment
Credits and free posts are reserved when you submit a campaign. If editing fails or a post is confirmed not to have published, its unused reservation is returned to your account balance. Completed posts consume the reservation. Re-edit fees are charged separately, once when a confirmed request is accepted, and do not use free posting credits. Credit purchases and completed services are non-refundable except where applicable requirements or a payment correction require otherwise. Credits are not cash or transferable funds.
Your content and captions
Submit content you own or have permission to edit and publish. You authorize us to prepare the requested clips and publish them to the selected accounts. Captions are based on the video. Do not submit unlawful material or use the service to impersonate someone. Editorial and platform checks may delay a campaign.
Scheduling and results
Processing time depends on the source, editing queue, and account availability. The chosen posting interval is a scheduling interval after clips and accounts are ready, not a guaranteed delivery deadline. Instagram can delay publication, restrict accounts, remove posts or limit metrics. Views and engagement are not guaranteed. We do not promise that a post will remain available permanently.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Abuse of free offers or connected accounts may result in suspension. For campaign or billing questions, contact your Technerve AI service contact and include the campaign or payment reference.
