Viral Push is operated by Technerve AI. We collect your name, email address, submitted videos, campaign instructions, payment references and publishing metrics to run your account and deliver your campaigns.
Your account and payments
Account credentials are managed by Amazon Cognito. Razorpay handles checkout; we store payment identifiers and credit transactions, not your card details or UPI PIN. Session cookies keep you signed in.
Your videos
Source uploads and edited campaign videos are stored privately in Amazon S3. Your dashboard uses expiring links to display them. Authorized local processing equipment downloads your source to create clips. Publishing a campaign makes the selected reels publicly visible on the selected Instagram accounts.
Connected services
We use AWS for account and media storage, Vercel to host this site, Razorpay for payments, and Meta’s Instagram API for publishing and metrics. Authorized local editing uses AI-assisted tools to select and prepare clips. Connected Instagram tokens are encrypted and available only to authorized service components.
Retention and access
Campaign records and media are retained to provide your dashboard and support. Payment records are retained for reconciliation. Account and data requests can be made to your Technerve AI service contact. Deleting local data does not automatically remove already published Instagram posts.
